Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Shipping processing: all orders placed are processed up to 12 weeks. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Delivery dates differ based on location and items ordered (custom prebuilt lights take longer due to the additional labor).


Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS

 

shipping time frame is 2-9 business days (longer for custom prebuilt lights since there's quite a bit of work that goes into them).

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of receiving your item. There is a 15% restocking fee. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM PREBUILT LIGHTS SUCH AS HEADLIGHTS, TOW MIRRORS, TAIL LIGHTS, DOOR HANDLES, & 3rd BRAKE LIGHTS. ALL custom prebuilt items are final sale.

We do not supply return labels. The buyer must ship the item at his/her own cost

  2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
